1. Introduction

The EasyOTP Legal Center provides a consolidated index of our core legal, compliance, and regulatory documents. These documents govern the processing of personal data, security commitments, and vendor obligations for all EasyOTP products, including Auth (OTP, Magic Link, QR), A2P, and Scan. By onboarding with EasyOTP, Vendors agree to the applicable terms as outlined below.

2. Master Agreement

The central governing contract is the EasyOTP Data Processing & Compliance Agreement, which incorporates by reference the following annexes and policies. Vendors indicate acceptance digitally during onboarding.

4. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree” during onboarding, Vendors consent to the EasyOTP Data Processing & Compliance Agreement and all referenced annexes and policies. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the ESIGN Act (U.S.), UETA (U.S.), eIDAS (EU), and the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.
