Ltd.) uses cookies, SDK identifiers, and similar tracking technologies on its website, mobile applications, and SDK integrations with Vendors’ apps or websites. This Notice applies to all EasyOTP services including Auth, A2P, and Scan.

2. What Are Cookies & Tracking Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store information. Other tracking technologies include SDK identifiers, pixels, local storage, and device fingerprinting. These help EasyOTP deliver services securely, measure usage, and support Vendor integrations.

3. Categories of Use

• Strictly Necessary: Required for authentication, session management, and fraud prevention.
• Functional: Remember preferences such as region or language.
• Analytics: Monitor usage trends (aggregated, anonymized).
• Marketing: Limited to EasyOTP service communications; no sale of user data.

4. SDK & Vendor Integrations

When EasyOTP SDKs are integrated into Vendor apps or websites, device identifiers or app tokens may be used to:

• Deliver OTP, Magic Link, QR login, and A2P notifications.
• Validate consent before sharing PII.
• Provide fraud prevention and abuse detection.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local cookie/tracking laws.

5. Consent

EasyOTP obtains consent for non-essential cookies and tracking where required by law (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive). Users can manage preferences via in-app settings, browser settings, or vendor-provided consent tools.

6. Opt-Out and Control

Users can control cookies and tracking through:

• Browser settings to block or delete cookies.
• Vendor websites’ consent management tools.

Blocking certain cookies may impact functionality, including login and authentication.

7. Data Sharing & Retention

Tracking data is not sold to third parties. Vendors only receive identifiers or PII where users have explicitly consented. Retention periods are minimized in line with security and regulatory obligations.
