This Returns & Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which users may request returns, refunds, or cancellations when using the EasyOTP service.
1. Prepaid Wallet & Subscription Plans
EasyOTP operates using a prepaid wallet model for all businesses:

Users must add funds to their EasyOTP wallet before purchasing any plan.

Funds added to the wallet can be used to purchase subscription plans that include a specific number of Authentications.

Wallet funds are non-transferable and can only be used within the EasyOTP platform.

Unused Authentications will not roll over unless explicitly stated in the plan.
2. Overage Handling & Service Continuity
If a plan reaches its quota before the current billing cycle ends, the user will be notified via email or in-app notification.
The following options are available:

Option 1: Each additional Authentication will be billed at a fixed per-unit rate and deducted from the wallet.

Option 2: If no overage billing is enabled or the wallet has insufficient balance, the system will pause services until the user tops up or upgrades their plan.
If your wallet balance becomes equal to or less than zero, your account may be automatically suspended until funds are added.
3. Free Trial
All new business accounts are eligible for an unlimited free trial, which includes:

1000 free Events per month (fair usage policy applied).

No credit card or payment required for trial use.

Services will automatically suspend after the free quota is exhausted unless a paid plan is activated.
4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
β€ Digital Nature of Service
EasyOTP provides non-tangible, digital services. By topping up your wallet or activating a subscription, you consent to the immediate delivery of services and waive any right to return or cancel under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU right of withdrawal.
β€ No Refunds

All wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

No refund or reversal is allowed once a successful payment has been made via the payment gateway.

This applies to all users, regardless of location or currency.
5. Currency & Payment Terms

Currency conversion rates and any associated charges are determined by your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Billing Records & Transparency
All wallet activities, plan purchases, and usage history are recorded and accessible through your EasyOTP business dashboard. Users are encouraged to maintain their own transaction records for internal accounting.
7. Compliance
EasyOTP is committed to upholding international standards for data protection and financial integrity:

Data Security: All customer data is protected under applicable Global Data Security laws.

Payment Security: Payments are processed securely using PCI-DSS compliant systems.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or claims shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sirsa, Haryana, India.
